Everything was great, reasonable rates, very quiet, and serene. The only problem I had was the lock on the door, which I had a problem trying to get in, but besides that, everything was wonderful. The host and his wife were very friendly, helpful, and responsive to my needs. My pup and I enjoyed our very much-needed relaxation stay. Will definitely be booking again.

We really enjoyed our stay here, even though it was only one night as we were passing through! The history behind the cabins and property is very cool! It was clean and exactly like the listing described. I’d definitely recommend!

The perfect place to stay while attending a wedding. We will have to come back when we have more time to enjoy the kayaks and fishing! We really enjoyed downtown Fayetteville just minutes away. Everything was super clean. A great place for some family time.

It was such a quaint spot. So serene and relaxing.! The river was a sight to see and the little waterfall was a dream!! Kaleob was quick with responses and able to help with any questions we had. The place was cozy with comfy vibes definitely a 100/10!🤗

We felt like we stepped back into the 1800’s with the quaint river setting. We could hear the sound of the waterfall from our cozy cabin (that was Andrew Jackson’s generals’ cabins during the Civil War! So cool!).

Cannot recommend Kaleob’s cabins enough! We stayed in the Elk Riverside Escape and it was exactly what we were looking for - simple, clean, and a getaway from busy city life. The property is gorgeous. You can hear the waterfall and see the river from the front step. The grill and fire pit made for amazing afternoons and evenings, and Kaleob’s communication was great! Would recommend to anyone looking to get away but within easy driving distance to tons of great spots!!
