The private lake community is very quiet, and it is located about 4 miles from Highway 64. We are located near Jack Daniel's, Prichard's, and George Dickel Distilleries. We are also close to Sewanne, Tennessee (home of the University of the South) which is a beautiful area filled with numerous overlooks and hiking trails. There are also a few kayak and canoe rental facilities to float the

Guest access

All areas within the house or in the yard is for your personal use! Also, the neighbors in front of the house are more than happy to allow you to walk through their yards to access the lake for fishing or different activities. Take a walk down the road and see the public access point and dam as well! Explore the stream and nature beyond the dam as well!

Cute cottage and neighborhood by the river. House was cozy and comfortable. Didn't get to spend a lot of time there as we were there in the area to work. The surroundings were very peaceful and beautiful!

I cannot say enough about Kaleob and this home. Kaleob was a gracious host… and the home was clean and very comfy-cozy. We traveled down for a funeral… this home/setting was exactly what we needed to come back to daily… so peaceful and beautiful scenery (the lake)… the interior was warm and welcoming. Definitely want to stay again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
